Natasha McLaughlin-Chaisson

Natasha is an international level sports dietitian with almost 15 years of experience as a speaker, a consultant & providing individualized counselling. She has attained the world-renowned International Olympic Committee Diploma in Sports Nutrition. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutritional Sciences from the Université de Moncton and is a certified ISAK level 1 anthropometrist.

Natasha provides/has provided education, training and hands-on support to recreational, competitive, Olympic and professional athletes/teams throughout North America and Europe, including the NHL, the QMJHL, Cycling Canada National teams and Fredericton’s own UNB Men’s Hockey Team, among many others. She was a panelist for the 2022 UNB Women in sport conference. She has lectured for many provincial and national associations including Sport Physiotherapy Canada. Natasha has also received numerous awards including The Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce Top 20 under 40, alumni of the year 2015 (U de M) & Amplify: East – Remarkable Woman of Atlantic Canada
