Late Breaking Abstract Submission Fee: $80+HST per submission

Once again this year we’re be offering a select number of slots for Late Breaking Abstracts at CSEP 2022!

Are you eligible to submit?

For Late Breaking Abstracts your abstract must meet the following conditions to be eligible:

  1. Abstracts must demonstrate a substantial data set. Pilot data or proposal will not be considered.
  2. First priority will be given to (in this order)
    • ​​CSEP Student members in good standing
    • ​Undergraduate or Masters Students
    • First authors who did not already submit an abstract before the June deadline.

Late Breaking Abstract Policies:

  • Late Breaking Abstracts are not eligible for publication.
  • All Late Breaking abstracts will be presented in poster format only.
  • The date and time for poster presentation will be confirmed by e-mail after October 1, 2022.
