CSEP 2022 FAQs

The virtual recording bundle will be available on the CSEP Online Learning portal after the conference once we have processed the raw video files. This will take a few days.

Once the video files are processed, all delegates who purchased the virtual recording bundle will automatically receive a 60-day enrolment in the video bundle.

In addition, due to the unplanned outage, all virtual delegates will receive access to the session recordings for November 4 since these were not available live.

The virtual recording bundle will be available for purchase from the CSEP Online Learning library (https://onlinelearning.csep.ca) at some point after the conference.
 

In-person attendees get 15 Professional Development Credits per day. If you are registered for the full conference, you will receive 30 credits (the maximum required in a 2-year cycle for CSEP certified members)

Virtual attendees get 15 PDCs total.

A certificate of attendance will be sent to registered delegates via email at some point after the conference.

 If you are a symposium or keynote speaker, view your listing on the speakers page to see what sessions you are in. Otherwise, please see the schedule pages for Free Communications and Poster sessions to find your session and timeslot/poster number. If the schedule on the website doesn’t match the email you received, the schedule is considered the correct version.

After you register for CSEP 2022 on the CSEP Portal, we will process your registration and create an account for you.

Please use the “Lost my password” option to recover your password. Note that your account on the CSEP2022 website is separate from your account on the CSEP Portal, CSEP Store, CSEP Online Learning platform, and any previous CSEP Conference websites.

When you log in to your CSEP2022 website, you will be able to download PDF abstracts for Free Communications and Poster sessions and verify the status of your registration items. 

The suggested dress code for all CSEP 2022 events, including the Awards Banquet, is business casual. 

Registration is now closed for CSEP2022, including add-ons to existing registrations. 

A power outage in Fredericton led to loss of internet access at the conference facility on Friday, November 4, 2022. An update has been sent via email to registered virtual delegates. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you registered for the virtual sessions, you will receive access to the session recordings for November 4 when they become available, even if you have not purchased the recording bundle add-on.

The recordings are currently being processed. Attendees will be notified via email once they are available.
