Abstract Submission Fee: $45+HST per submission

Choose from any of six abstract tracks:

  • Track 1 is for a general session – Poster. Posters are scheduled according to topic area. The Poster should include title, authors and affiliations at the top, and the abstract text. It is suggested that the poster include an introduction, methods, results (mostly tables and/or graphs), discussion and/or conclusion, and references.
  • Track 2 is for a general session – Free Communication. Free Communications will be presented over Powerpoint oral presentations.
  • Tracks 3-6 are Awards. Awards require that you be a member in good standing in the associated CSEP member class, and that you submit the additional required documents to apply for the award.

You will be able to save and return to your personalized abstract submission form up until you press ‘submit and pay’. Clicking ‘save and return later’ generates a link to log back in later and complete the abstract form at a later date. Be sure to upload your final version of your prepared abstract as you will not be able to login or make any changes to your abstract after your abstract (Word file) has been submitted.
